A beautiful 2.6ha garden around a pond with an artificial hill, created using traditional landsapeing techniques. Richly styled arbor (Azumaya Seitaitei), bridges (Eihakyo and Ingetsukyo), pond (Tojakuchi) and waterfall (Hiryubaku) are surrounded by delightful trees and flowers, including seasonal blossoms such as Japanese iris and plum. The garden is also sometimes used for filming period dramas.
Located in the center of Daisen Park, in the vicinity there is also a tea ceremony house, museum, Sakai Central Library, and a bicycle museum.
