Located at a water depth of 10 meters, has facilities for small vessels coming from the quay, including a wharf and sheds. The Sakai Fruit & Vegetables Center is also located here, which has some of the highest capacity for handling fruit and vegetables in all of Western Japan, and handles the landing of citrus etc. coming in on refrigerated vessels from South Africa and Israel.
