Designed around the grand concept of "Greats of Creating Form". A complex of facilities, comprising of an exhibition with the main theme of the Kawachi metal workers, a metal working group from the middle-ages, and the Kurohimeyama Tumulus, from which iron armor from 24 territories was excavated, and then a hall with a capacity for 260 people in which culture and art can be encountered and exchange can take place. There is also a cafeteria.
