The park features numerous monuments made using cast metal materials, with the intention of passing down to future generations the historical heritage, master metal casting techniques of the famous Kawachi metal workers. This is a verdant, relaxing gathering place from which the preservation and passing on of history and culture can be felt, including a fountain designed to invoke the metal casting process and a sundial placed on an artificial hill as a monument to time. Inside the park there are fountains, a grassy area, playground facilities, and an artificial hill.
