A green route created alongside the Yamato River in 2012.
The "Asakayama Rhododendron Festival" is held here during the Golden Week holiday. This green route and the Asakayama Purification Plant, selected as one of the "One Hundred Green Places in Osaka", are opened and the rhododendrons - which is also the city flower - can be thoroughly enjoyed.
