A public bath in the shitamachi (old downtown) in Sakai. It is famous for being a 100% natural hot spring without filtration or additives, using hot water drawn from 1,300 meters underground. This place still has a nostalgic feel of the Showa period, from shoeboxes and dressing rooms to bathtubs. There are mosaic paintings of Mt. Fuji in the men's bath and the Tateyama Mountain Range in the women's bath.
