Introduction to
the KAIJU DECODE Project

The new animated film “Kaiju Decode: The Ring of Aidara” unfolds in Sakai City, the very stage of its story.

A new CG animation co-production from Tsuburaya Productions and Toei Animation, themed around the story of a “Kaiju” and a girl. A youth named Maru lives in the peaceful City, a society freed from the restrictions of the body, mind, space, and time. In contrast, a girl named Coco, a member of the Aidara Tribe, resides in the Zone, a treacherous area also inhabited by incredible beasts. The story revolves around two opposing characters seeking a path into a shared future. The new animated film “Kaiju Decode: The Ring of Aidara” is set in Sakai. In October 2025, the Sakai Festival will partner with Kaiju Decode to present a series of exclusive events in the city. This site will provide updates until the movie’s release next year, so please check back regularly!

October 19(sun) - New Anime Release Special Talk Event

We will be hosting a special talk event featuring voice actor Hiroaki Miura and Koichi Noguchi, a producer from Toei Animation. They will talk about various topics in depth, including the production of The new animated film “Kaiju Decode: The Ring of Aidara” which is set in Sakai, the appeal of this title, and plans for other special events. There is no charge to attend, but a prior reservation is required.

Participants will also receive a special piece of exclusive merchandise from the movie. Join us for this special discussion!

A super multiverse MR game from the world of Kaiju Decode. The appearance of a Singular Point has caused monstrous kaiju to appear from sub-space and attack our reality!
Fighting to restore the boundaries of the transformed universe—the Transcendental World, experience the battle of the Wurk guardians against the Transcendental Warriors in this arcade-style action game!

Sakai Festival & Kaiju Decode Stamp Rally

During the Sakai Festival, we will also be holding a stamp rally on Sunday, October 19.
The theme for this year is "Sakai Festival meets Kaiju Decode!."
There will be a total of six Kaiju Stamp Points! Hunt down four of them to enter into a special lottery for great prizes! Come along and take part!
